Designing WordPress Interfaces for Frequent Content Changes

I had a completely different challenge on another project: the client published new offers, announcements, articles, and campaign pages almost every week, so a beautiful static layout was not enough. I needed to create an interface that could survive constant changes without requiring a designer to rebuild every page. Instead of designing each screen independently, I began identifying patterns that appeared repeatedly: promotional banners, comparison sections, editorial cards, testimonials, feature grids, and call-to-action areas. I wanted the client’s content team to have enough flexibility to assemble pages while still keeping the visual language consistent. Codelibry became interesting to me because its design workflow includes UI kits and developer-friendly Figma handover, which made sense for a project where the final interface had to become a reusable system rather than a collection of mockups. I reviewed https://codelibry.com/services/wordpress-web-design/ while considering how to organize the external design work. I also changed the approval process: instead of asking the client to approve twenty finished pages, I first presented the core components and a few representative page types. Once those were accepted, expanding the system became much easier. I now prefer this method for websites where content changes frequently because it gives the client creative freedom without sacrificing consistency. How do you approach design systems when your client expects to publish new WordPress pages every week?
