My AC’s been acting up all summer – it’s running constantly, but the house barely gets cool, and my energy bills are through the roof. At what point do you just give up and replace the thing? Anyone been through this and have some tips?

If your AC’s running non-stop but hardly cooling, plus racking up your energy bills, those are classic signs it might be time for a replacement.
