The mix of nature, golf greens, and modern villas surprised me — it didn’t feel like the usual Dubai environment at all. I toured a few properties, and what really stood out was how quiet and clean the neighborhood was, even during busy hours. The facilities were well-maintained, and there was a real sense of community among residents. Eventually, I chose a smaller villa that suited my budget and lifestyle. Now I often spend evenings on the terrace overlooking the golf course, and it still feels like a good decision — calm, green, and surprisingly close to everything I need.
